Our friends at Painting Nerds have made a fantastic short film, Bob Thompson: Re-animating Mythology Painting. We were delighted to welcome them to the gallery’s exhibition ‘Measure of My Song’ to shoot footage of Perseus and Andromeda (1964), among other paintings, and over the past few months they've produced an astonishing and informative tribute to that most magnificent of painters and myth makers, Bob Thompson (1937-1966).
